We offer both fixed and variable rate products as well as terms from 10-30 years. Special financing is available through one of our affiliates. We offer competitive rates and a pre-approval service to fulfill your needs.

Online Mortgages
Whether you're making your first home purchase, relocating or refinancing an existing mortgage to lower your rate, CSCCU's dedicated mortgage team is here to help you make the right financing decision.

Equity Loans
Use the equity in your home to finance home improvements, your children's college education, a dream vacation, debt consolidation and much more. Loans are available on any owner-occupied property in Connecticut. The interest paid may be tax deductible. * There are no closing costs and we offer pre-approval service.

Home Equity Line of Credit – allows you to access funds at any time up to the maximum amount of the line. You may draw against the line for ten years while you pay back interest and principal. These loans have a variable rate tied to the Average Prime Rate (as published in the Wall Street Journal on the last day of the preceding month). Checks for accessing the line are free and must be written for a minimum of $500.00.

Home Equity Loan – allows you to borrow against the equity in your home at a fixed rate of interest. Terms are available for 5-15 years. * Consult your tax advisor concerning the tax deductibility

Consumer Loans
CSCCU is a safe and competitive financial center for your loan needs. We offer several different types of loans to help you purchase a new car, consolidate debt, or take a dream vacation. Payment protection and credit life insurance are available on all loans.

New/Used Auto Loans
Let the credit union finance you next car purchase. We offer low, competitive rates, terms up to 72 months and up to 100% financing. Stop in for a free pre-approval then shop for you new vehicle.

Line of Credit Overdraft
CSCCU offers a Line of Credit that allows you to draft funds whenever you need them or to be used as a way to prevent overdrafts on your share draft account. Once approved, simply access the Line by writing a check from your CSCCU share draft account. Credit lines are available up to $10,000.

Personal Loans
The credit union offers competitive rates and terms, as well as quick turnaround time on personal loans. These loans can be used for a variety of purposes.

Secured Loans
These loans are secured by the funds in your share or C.D. We give automatic approval on these loans as well as a low interest rate (3% above the rate paid on the collateral).

Loan by Phone
We're at your fingertips 24 hours a day, seven days a week with our Loan by Phone service. Call us toll free at 1-888-821-6339 to apply for a loan at a time that suits you. The service is open 24 hours a day. You'll receive personalized service and your application can be taken in fifteen minutes or less. Approvals may even be given over the phone. There is a $25.00 fee which is rebated at the time the loan closes.
